2. Product Warranties: Each product comes with its specific warranty period: Adobe products have a one-year warranty, Windows has a one-year warranty, and Office and Google Drive have a 3-month replacement guarantee with a 6-month problem-solving warranty.
3. Educational Licenses: For products tagged as educational licenses, if the product ceases to function after the warranty period, no compensation can be provided and there's nothing we can do about it.
4. License Ownership: Educational licenses are under an educational institution owned by us.
5. License Longevity: Educational licenses are supposed to last a lifetime. However, complications might arise if the parent company of the subscription changes its policy towards educational institutions.
6. Adobe Subscription: The Adobe subscription is a personal official subscription from Adobe.
7. Account Misuse: We are not responsible for any problems with the accounts due to sabotage or storage of inappropriate content.
8. Account Closure: We are not involved if the account is closed due to misconduct of the customer, regardless of how it violates the policies of the parent companies of the subscriptions.
9. Content Responsibility: Since the products we offer are digital software and services, we bear no responsibility for how these software or services are used or any content that is created using them.
10. Technical Support: We offer technical support for the products we sell and strive to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee a solution to all problems or provide support for all devices and applications.
11. Updates and Upgrades: In case updates or upgrades are available for the software or services purchased, they may be provided to customers for free or at an additional cost, depending on the type of update or upgrade. Customers will be informed of this in advance.
